Instructions For The Author
1. Article submitted for publication should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other publication at the same time . A certificate to this effect should invariably accompany the article 2. The length of the article should not generally exceed 5000 words. 3. Two copies of the article typed or printed on any type of computer printer in double space with wide margins on good quality paper should be sent. If the articles are typed on computer, a floppy containing the article may also be sent. 4. An abstract along with keywords of the articles in 100-200 words and a brief autobiographical note about the author including full name , designation, postal address/e-mail address should also accompany the article. 5. One copy of the article may be retained by the author as the original article sent for publication cannot be returned. 6. The article should be proof-read and free of corrections. 7. Foot notes and bibliographical references wherever required should be provided along with the article with proper numbering. 8. All references to monographs, articles and statistical sources are to be identified at appropriate points, last name of the author ,year of publication and pagination where appropriate, all within parenthesis. There is no need for 'ibid',' op cit' or 'loc cit'. All references should be arranged in alphabetically order and as under:
